Flying To Hawaii With Your Dog

Recently a friend of mine decided to take a rather lengthy trip to Hawaii.  Her goal is to visit a family member for a few months, and to help her sibling there in Hawaii.  Well, the first thing I learned from her was that tickets to Hawaii aren't exactly cheap!  However the next thing that I was astonished by were the rules for traveling with a pet to Hawaii.  The airlines rules and regulations for flying with your dog to Hawaii are fairly intensive.  Since she is planning to stay in Hawaii for quite a few months, it made sense for her to take her beloved puppy with her for the trip!

Testing Comcast's Premium Business Internet Speeds

So today, after much to do I finally received the Comcast install of the premium internet package services for Businesses.  I have had a Comcast internet connection in the past, however I had not had what they refer to as the premium business package, since the restructuring of how they now divvy up their bandwidth to customers.  I believe the changed bandwidth procedures a few years back, offering higher and lower tiered bandwidth speeds to customers who's needs varied.  So I wanted to test it out and get SOME REAL NUMBERS!

How To Show Post Excerpts On A Blogger Blog Home Page

So I noticed rather immediately that when creating your first Blogger blog, your first blog post is displayed in it's entirety on the homepage of your blogger blog. I must say, this really frustrates me personally.  I think it makes your blog a bit messy and confusing to those less internet savvy web surfers that visit your blog.  It's nice to make your blog as convenient and easy to read as possible for all the walks of life this world has to offer.  As such I prefer to have a post excerpt or a brief summary of each of my blog posts displayed on the home page, with the 'more', 'continue reading', or 'read more' type of functionality. 

How Do You Add A Category To Your Blogger Blog?

So Immediately after first setting up my very first Blogger blog I already knew that I had a lot to say!  So then the question arose, how do I start categorizing my thoughts right from the start!  As you can see I already have a topic in mind, it's blogging!  It's seems relevant, wouldn't you agree?  So here I am staring blankly at the unfamiliar layout of the Blogger CMS trying to locate a Create Category link with very little success.
